Engineering Department

1. Customer Need Analysis Team

We understand that when a customer is ready to spend their resources on a particular machine, means that he wants to get achieve something which is very specific, helpful for his business and thereby bring about more automation to his processes. It is very important that we not only make a machine that will work as the customer wants, but also ensure that is really achieve what he had envisaged –more automated, more precise, lesser chance of human errors, less time in production, . So our customer need analysis wing, will do a thorough interrogation of what is the present process, what are the financial implications, what is needed by the customer. Then we give our suggestion regarding how fruitful will be their investment and if there is any alternative methods. Once a clear definition and agreement is reached regarding product and customer need, it is handed over to our design team to start working on the same.

2. Design Engineering Team

Our engineering Design Team will inspect the infield sketches, measurements and collection of engineering information and work on the design that will outperform the need of the customer. In case of refurbishment of machines, then the supplied manufacturers' drawings and specifications are checked. Metallurgical tests are performed. Patterns and drawings are produced to ensure exact duplication of replaced parts.

3. The Fabrication Team

The drawings and specifications from the Design Engineering Team is handed over to the Fabrication Department, the master builders. The metal and alloys involved are cut and put together as per drawings and guidelines. Appropriate treatments of metals are carried out and welding processes employed to ensure longevity of the products. Various kinds of specialized welding rods are imported from various parts of the world from reputed manufacturers according to the critical value of the machine and its working environment. New designs and new products bring about new challenges. The metallurgical knowledge and fabrication skills of our team are put to test, as they constantly try to outperform the expectation of our customers. Our client list and the repeated orders from them conforms the confidence of our clients.

4. The Machine Shop & Assembly Team

Precision machining by our skilled and experienced tradesmen produce parts with tightest tolerances and finishes. Various kinds of machining jobs requires different kind of machining equipments. We have a wide array of equipments which ensure that all kind of machining jobs are done to stringent requirements necessary for the success of the products and refurbished machines.

Our assembly Team does a final inspection on the parts to double check the precision machined, drilled, welded pieces and fit them together ensuring that parts move in their bearings to tolerances of less than one hundred of a centimetre; proper balancing is done to eliminate vibrations. Proper fitting and seating is done to ensure that the machines run with almost Zero Down Time with regular and proper preventive maintenance. Every department strives to ensure that anything that goes out from our factory surpasses the expectation of the clients.

5. The Protective Coatings Team

The painting and metalizing department uses a wide range of protective coating materials which ensures that the product is well protected from any corrosive elements. Protective coating materials are selected based on the working environment and by considering the aesthetics.
