Turner & Miller group has a highly professional and dedicated team of managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Technecians and skilled labours under direct sponsership witha combined strength of more than 750 in UAE.

Tuner & Miller operations are tracked and monitored by a custom made software that is created for MEP contracting exclusively. We also have aeffective human resources management and an accounts & cost management team. All these are structured keeping in mind prospective huge and multiple projects.

We boast of our ability to track individuval activity on site and to pin point the differernt personnel involved in the various stages taking place over a period of time for a particular component installation. This system help us to monitor the perfomances of each and every individual on site. This gives the HR Team the ability to appreciate the personnel on their competence and reward him/her properly and at the same time identify the incompetence. Continious training is provided to staff to race their competence level.

Turner & miller have covered storage facilities & 150 furnished rooms labour camp and a fleet of vehicles to fulfil their logistics requirements.
